The New Orleans Saints don't have to worry about losing their franchise player anytime soon.

Head coach Sean Payton said Wednesday he knows Drew Brees is planning to play two-to-four more years, but the Saints will evaluate the quarterbacks in this year's draft class, according to Larry Holder of NOLA.com.

Brees turned 38 in January, but has yet to show significant signs of decline.

Payton added that Saints would be open to taking a quarterback in the first round if they believed the player warranted being selected that high, according to Holder.

The Saints hold the 11th overall and 32nd overall picks this year, having acquired the latter from the trade of Brandin Cooks to the New England Patriots.
