Browns' Jackson hasn't watched Kaepernick tape: 'What for?'

Steve Mitchell / USA TODAY Sports

You can probably forget about the possibility of Colin Kaepernick signing with the Cleveland Browns.

The Browns were believed to have some interest in acquiring Kaepernick last offseason, but it's clear that interest has dried up despite the team's apparent need at quarterback.

Asked at the NFL's head coaches' breakfast Tuesday whether he's watched Kaepernick this offseason, Browns head coach Hue Jackson said he hasn't seen any tape.

"What for?" Jackson responded, according to USA TODAY Sports' Tom Pelissero.

The Browns are expected to add at least one more quarterback this offseason, likely through the draft, and the team still has to decide what to do with Brock Osweiler.

Kaepernick is reportedly seeking the chance to compete for a starting job. With the Browns not an option, he may have a hard time finding that.
