Man catfished women for 3 years by pretending he played for Dolphins

Black Sports Online

A man named Ricardo "Maserati Ric" Agnant has spent the past three years posing as a Miami Dolphins player in an effort to attract women and have his meals comped.

Agnant's scam was recently exposed by Black Sports Online, which grabbed screenshots of his lies before his Instagram account was deleted.

Despite having no record of playing college football, Agnant was somehow able to compete in an NFL regional combine at the Dolphins' training facility in 2014. In the years that followed, Agnant posted photos - many of which are heavily edited - implying he was a member of the Dolphins and claiming he set a combine record for the fastest 20-yard shuttle.

BSO reached out to the Dolphins, who confirmed Agnant never signed a contract with the team.

He even convinced a luxury car dealership to let him test drive some of their vehicles.
