Bills' Kevon Seymour: Big opportunity for second-year corner

With Stephon Gilmore moving on to the Patriots, Seymour is currently listed as a starting corner opposite Ronald Darby, BuffaloBills.com reports. "Last year I had a nice opportunity to get my feet wet and get the understanding of what being a starter felt like," Seymour said. "Now, the opportunity is here and I'm going to take full advantage of it as much as I can and I'm definitely excited about that."

Analysis:

Seymour was just a sixth-round pick out of USC during last year's draft, but he quickly out-kicked the coverage in terms of slotting and now he's got a good chance to start. The Bills will probably replenish their secondary in the draft, but with wideout and safety being bigger needs, Seymour's almost certain to be the favorite to start. We'll see how he does picking up new coach Sean McDermott's defense.
