Bengals add WR Josh Malone in 4th round

The Cincinnati Bengals have selected wide receiver Josh Malone out of Tennessee in the fourth round (128th overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Strengths

• Ideal frame for the next level.
• Great acceleration and top gear. Can stretch teams deep and tracks the ball well on vertical routes.
• Shifty for his size.

Weaknesses

• Needs to learn to use his size more effectively. Doesn't win enough contested balls. (ESPN)
• Route running can be sloppy. Footwork can be improved, especially off the line.
• Despite size, isn't as much of a threat in the red zone as you'd expect.
