Titans' Karl Klug: Sets sights on return for training camp

Klug (Achilles) shed his walking boot and expects to be ready for training camp this summer, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. "It sounds like camp is going to be a go. So now I just have to put the work in to get ready," Klug said.

Analysis:

Klug, who ruptured an Achilles tendon in Week 16 of last season, is roughly three months removed from corrective surgery and has progressed to walking unassisted since shedding his medically-prescribed walking boot in early March. With training camp still over four months away, the veteran has plenty of time to make a full recovery and should return as a key piece of the Titans' defensive line rotation if he can avoid any setbacks.
