Colts' Al Woods: Signs with Colts

Woods signed a deal with the Colts on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Woods spent his last three seasons with the Titans, racking up 66 combined tackles in 42 games while plugging holes along the defensive line. The Colts were 25th in opponent rushing yards per game in 2016, so Woods should provide a nice boost for their run defense going forward.
