Titans' Eric Weems: Signs with Titans
Weems agreed to terms with the Titans on Saturday.
Analysis:
The Titans added a special teams ace by inking Weems on Saturday. He racked up 391 kick return yards and 273 punt return yards with the Falcons in 2016. He will take on return duties for the Titans this season but is unlikely to make much of an impact on offense.
