Rodgers, Pro Football Talk engage in back and forth over free-agent QB contracts

Raj Mehta / USA TODAY Sports

As with every offseason, free-agent quarterbacks are expected to get paid an exorbitant amount of money in the next couple of days.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was asked by ESPN's Jason Wilde on Wednesday whether Mike Glennon's rumored $15 million per year free-agent deal would elicit a conversation about his own deal and Rodgers responded, "I think it has to."

The people at Pro Football Talk covered the response, and drew another one from Rodgers.

Pro Football Talk couldn't help but respond.

The exchange appeared to end there, but Rodgers' conversation with his team's brass may have just begun.
