Cowboys, Cardinals to play in 2017 Hall of Fame Game

The Arizona Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys will meet in the Hall of Fame Game on Aug. 3, the league announced Thursday.
The spotlight matchup coincides with the Hall of Fame inductions of former Cardinals great Kurt Warner and current Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. They will be enshrined in a ceremony Aug. 5.
The 2016 Hall of Fame Game between the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts was famously canceled due to poor field conditions.
Renovations are currently underway at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. They are expected to be completed this summer.
