Report: Buccaneers a possible destination for DeSean Jackson

Might DeSean Jackson be the missing piece for a young Buccaneers offense?

Tampa Bay is a possible destination for the dynamic wide receiver when he hits the open market next month, ESPN's Josina Anderson reports.

The Buccaneers head into the offseason with a glaring need opposite Mike Evans in the receiving corps. Be it through free agency or the draft, management will almost certainly explore all options in filling that spot with another playmaker.

Jackson's ability in the vertical game could certainly help take the Tampa Bay passing attack to another level, and, as Anderson adds, he already has a relationship with quarterback Jameis Winston.

Along with the apparent fit with the Buccaneers, as well as the presumed possibility that he ends up re-signing in Washington, reports have indicated that there's a mutual interest in a reunion between Jackson and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The 30-year-old bounced back from an injury-ridden 2015 campaign to finish this past season with 56 receptions for 1,005 yards and four touchdowns across 15 starts.
