Pierre Garcon hints he'll be hitting open market

There are still a few weeks to go before pending free agents are no longer officially part of their current teams, but it looks like there's at least one veteran receiver who already knows he's out the door.

Pierre Garcon is one of three skill position starters for the Washington Redskins whose contract expires in March. The 30-year-old has spent the last five years in Washington, recording two 1,000-yard seasons.

Garcon's agent Brad Cicala joked with NFL Network's Ian Rapoport that the receiver's representatives "are getting his resume together to put on monster(.com) soon."

Fellow receiver DeSean Jackson is also set to become a free agent, while quarterback Kirk Cousins remains the priority signing for the Washington front office. Garcon's post may be a way to push his own negotiations with the front office along, but it certainly appears that he is letting the 31 other teams know he's open to a move.
