Colts' Irsay: Ballard, Pagano 'clicking on all cylinders'

Chris Humphreys / USA TODAY Sports

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay wants the world to know his team's half-new regime is working smoothly.

Irsay fired general manager Ryan Grigson in January and replaced him with Chris Ballard, but opted to keep head coach Chuck Pagano.

The Grigson-Pagano era was dominated by the two men's tumultuous relationship, but that apparently won't be the case with Ballard. Irsay tweeted Sunday that his new GM and Pagano are "clicking on all cylinders," as well as providing an update on Andrew Luck's health.

The quarterback underwent shoulder surgery in January, but is expected to be ready for the training camp.
