Goff working with Brady and Ryan's quarterback experts

In the lead up to Super Bowl LI, one storyline that popped up continuously was that quarterbacks Tom Brady and Matt Ryan share the same quarterback coaches. Jared Goff was listening.

The Los Angeles Rams quarterback has recently hired Tom House and Adam Dedeaux as his offseason quarterback coaches, according to Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.

Brady enlisted the help of House and Dedeaux long ago, and Ryan did the same last January. It's no coincidence that Ryan went on to have his best season as a pro which culminated in him winning NFL MVP.

Goff's rookie season was one to forget. The first overall pick in last year's draft sat for the first 10 weeks of the season, then completed just over 50 percent of his passes in the final seven.

He'll benefit from a new coaching staff in Year 2, led by offensive wunderkind Sean McVay as his new head coach and Matt LaFleur as his offensive coordinator.

"I've seen the benefits," LaFleur said of the 3DQB quarterback training facility run by House and Dedeaux. "What those guys do is pretty valuable ... I think they offer some things that maybe we can't as coaches."
