Report: Bengals to sign Bene Benwikere

The Cincinnati Bengals will sign cornerback Bene Benwikere, a source told USA TODAY's Tom Pelissero.

Benwikere spent his first three seasons with the Carolina Panthers, before being released by the team in October. The 25-year-old last spent time on the Green Bay Packers' practice squad.

Prior to being released, Benwikere recorded 10 tackles and an interception in four games for the Panthers in 2016.
