Browns' Rannell Hall: Back with Browns

Hall re-signed with the Browns on Friday, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Hall missed all of this past season after fracturing his fibula in August, but he'll now rejoin the Browns with an eye on making the team ahead of the 2017 campaign.
