The Los Angeles Rams have hired former Atlanta Falcons quarterbacks coach Matt LaFleur as their offensive coordinator to complete Sean McVay's new coaching staff, the team announced.

This will be LaFleur's first time serving as an offensive coordinator after finishing a two-year stint in Atlanta. He worked with McVay as a member of the Washington Redskins coaching staff from 2010 to 2013, where he also worked as quarterbacks coach.

LaFleur's hiring was the final addition to McVay's first coaching staff, joining defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, special teams coordinator Jim Fassel, and assistant head coach/linebackers coach Joe Barry.

Among the position coaches are former New Orleans Saints interim head coach Aaron Kromer, former Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Greg Olson, and former Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator Zac Taylor.
