Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is brimming with confidence, coming off a season that earned him his fifth Pro Bowl selection.

McCoy rushed for 1,267 yards and 13 touchdowns, serving as the focal point of the Bills' offense in 2016.

The 28-year-old believes he's the NFL's best running back, provided that he remains intact over the course of the season.

"I still feel like healthy, there's no back that can touch me," McCoy said Friday during an appearance on "SportsCenter."

McCoy finished sixth in rushing this season, adding 57 receptions for 356 yards and a touchdown.

The Bills star ranked Le'Veon Bell, David Johnson, and DeMarco Murray among his top five and glowed about Ezekiel Elliott, although he said the Cowboys rookie needs to continue to prove himself.

"He's top five," McCoy said of Elliott. "I feel five or six. He's a rookie. He got to do it again. Had a great year. He finishes runs well, he runs hard. Has good speed. I like Zeke a lot, for sure. I keep it honest."
