Man arrested for pulling fire alarm in Steelers' hotel

Jay Biggerstaff / USA TODAY Sports

The Pittsburgh Steelers were robbed of a good night's sleep ahead of their AFC title game against the New England Patriots thanks to a man who pulled the fire alarm in the team's hotel at around 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Massachusetts State Police told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.

The perpetrator, Dennis Harrison, 25, was apprehended and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and setting off a false fire alarm, adds NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Harrison allegedly ran from the hotel into an awaiting getaway car and attempted to flee the scene with two other men. However, they were quickly caught by state police, sources told Paolantonio.

While many of the Steelers were awakened by the alarm, the team was not forced to evacuate the hotel.
