Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott may be borrowing from his old team to help his new club.
The former Carolina Panthers defensive coordinator interviewed Panthers quarterbacks coach Ken Dorsey for the Bills' vacant offensive coordinator position, according to Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer.
Dorsey just wrapped up his fourth season in charge of the Panthers' quarterbacks, overseeing the play of 2015 NFL MVP Cam Newton.
As a fellow coach on the Panthers' staff, McDermott was privy to Dorsey's work.
