The Jacksonville Jaguars announced on Wednesday they will be retaining Nathaniel Hackett as their offensive coordinator.

The team also named Marion Hobby as its new defensive line coach.

Hackett took over the offensive coordinator duties for the final nine games of the 2016 season after Greg Olson was fired. Hackett had been the team's quarterbacks coach in 2015 and for the early part of this season.

"After taking over as the play-caller in 2016, the offensive unit made a significant jump under the direction of Nathaniel Hackett," Jaguars vice president of operations Tom Coughlin said.
