Aaron Rodgers has led the Green Bay Packers to eight straight victories and just one more win from a trip to the Super Bowl.

While the Pack have handled their business since Week 12 in order to put themselves in such a position, they're so close to the ultimate prize that they've acknowledged it may be impossible to avoid looking ahead to what comes after their NFC Championship game Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

"How do you not think about it? We're 60 minutes away from being there again. It's obviously on our minds," Rodgers said at Wednesday's press conference, according to Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

The Packers last reached the Super Bowl in 2010. The Falcons will be looking to make their first trip back to the Super Bowl since 1998.
