Jones declares himself 'ready to go' for Super Bowl

Matthew Emmons / USA TODAY Sports

The toe injury that hampered Julio Jones late in the season is behind him.

Four days before his first Super Bowl, the Atlanta Falcons receiver has declared himself "ready to go." Jones made the declaration to reporters at a Wednesday meeting with the press.

While the Falcons' superstar has played in every game since Week 15, he has also missed practice time and appeared on injury lists as he manages the toe injury.

Jones roasted the Green Bay Packers to the tune of nine catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns in the NFC Championship Game.

It appears the receiver has put to rest any talk of his availability for Super Bowl LI.
