The AFC's Pro Bowl roster received some reinforcements Tuesday.

Denver Broncos safety Darian Stewart was been added to the AFC Pro Bowl roster in place of Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry, while Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap replaced injured Houston Texans pass-rusher Jadeveon Clowney.

Stewart's first career Pro Bowl nod comes on the heels of a season in which he racked up 68 tackles, three interceptions, and six passes defensed across 16 starts.

The 28-year-old has been a key member of a dominant Broncos pass defense since joining the club as a free agent in 2015, and his steady play was rewarded with a four-year extension reportedly worth up to $30 million this past November.

Dunlap's selection is the second in his career, having also earned Pro Bowl honors last season. Dunlap made eight sacks, a team-leading three forced fumbles and 15 passes defensed in 2016. No other defensive lineman in the NFL had more than eight passes defensed.
