Report: Broncos set to name Joe Woods as DC

As expected, the Denver Broncos will name defensive backs coach Joe Woods as the team's new defensive coordinator under head coach Vance Joseph, taking over for Wade Phillips, a source told the Denver Post's Nicki Jhabvakla.
It was a natural move, as the secondary has been one Denver's defining strengths during Woods' two-year span leading the unit.
The Broncos led the league in pass defense in both 2015 and 2016, led by the elite cornerback duo of Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib.
