Julio Jones leaves game late in 4th quarter with foot injury

Dale Zanine / USA TODAY Sports

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones left during the fourth quarter of Saturday's game against the Seattle Seahawks due to a foot injury.

Jones battled an ailment throughout the contest, but finished with six catches for 67 yards and a touchdown.

The 27-year-old superstar fought through a toe injury for a significant portion of the season but was nearly unstoppable, recording 83 receptions for 1,409 yards and six touchdowns in 14 games.

If Jones suffered a serious injury, it would be a devastating loss for the Falcons' top-ranked scoring offense.
