'Stop Wasting Luck' sign left outside Colts facility

Colts fans have had enough.

For the second time in as many years, all signs point toward Indianapolis ownership opting to stick with Chuck Pagano and Ryan Grigson, instead of moving on to a new leadership regime.

An angry sign was left outside the team facilities after reports emerged Thursday indicating that both the head coach and general manager are set to return for a sixth season.

Telling the team to "Stop Wasting Luck" is, of course, a reference to the fact that the Colts have yet to put a quality team around one of the league's most talented young quarterbacks.

Andrew Luck immediately regained his elite status upon returning from last year's injury issues, but problems elsewhere on the roster saw Indianapolis finish 8-8 and miss out on the playoffs for a second consecutive season.

Back-to-back .500 finishes drop the Colts to 49-31 since Pagano and Grigson came aboard in 2012.
