Robert Griffin III will have one last chance to make an impression on the Cleveland Browns and other potential suitors around the league before the 2016 campaign comes to a close.

The veteran quarterback will start Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after clearing through concussion protocol, head coach Hue Jackson announced Friday.

Being under center for the regular-season finale will mark Griffin's fourth consecutive start since returning from a shoulder injury suffered in Week 1.

The former rookie sensation has struggled in his first season with the Browns, completing 54.2 percent of passes for 654 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions.

Cleveland will almost certainly be in the market for another quarterback near the top of the draft next spring, and third-round rookie Cody Kessler gives the club a solid long-term backup.

Griffin figures to be cut in the offseason as a result, but a strong performance in Week 17 could conceivably generate some interest from another team in search of some depth and competition under center.
