Falcons' Sanu to practice Wednesday, Jones could return later in week

The Atlanta Falcons will get one starting wideout back at practice Wednesday, and could potentially get the other back later this week.

Head coach Dan Quinn told SiriusXM NFL Radio that Mohamed Sanu is expected to return to practice Wednesday after missing the Falcons' Week 14 win with a groin injury.

Julio Jones, who also missed the game with a toe injury, will see how he feels and could return to practice later in the week, Quinn added.

The Falcons didn't need their starters to beat up on the hapless Los Angeles Rams and may not need them to beat the San Francisco 49ers, either. But in the tight race for the NFC South title, they would surely prefer to have both players on the field come Sunday.
