Things remain rosy in Los Angeles, despite the Rams' 4-8 record.

Reports floated this week that a "toxic" relationship existed between head coach Jeff Fisher and general manager Les Snead, but Snead said that's the furthest thing from the truth.

He called those reports "very false" and "definitely inaccurate," Alden Gonzalez of ESPN writes.

"I have immense respect for what he's done and how he's handled this situation," Snead said of Fisher.

Fisher and Snead recently announced they'd inked contract extensions, ensuring their business relationship will continue for at least the immediate future. Despite the Rams' string of poor seasons, Snead thinks the immediate future will be a fruitful one. He said the team is "very close" to becoming a contender.
