Kuechly questionable vs. Chargers, must pass final concussion test

Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers.

Kuechly returned to the practice field this week after missing each of the last two games with a concussion.

Head coach Ron Rivera told reporters Friday that the star defender will be in the lineup if he's able to pass the final test ahead over the weekend, according to Joe Person of The Charlotte Observer.

Kuechly's presence would, of course, be a significant addition to a struggling Panthers defense.

The perennial All-Pro was again playing at a high level before suffering his second concussion in as many seasons, tallying 102 tackles, two sacks, and one interception while starting in each of Carolina's first 10 games.
