Falcons' Mohamed Sanu: Another DNP on Thursday

Sanu (groin) will remain on the sideline at Thursday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

There's already an expectation that Sanu won't play in Sunday's game in Los Angeles due to an ailing groin, and two DNPs to start Week 14 prep jibe with that thought process. In both practices, he's been joined on the sideline by Julio Jones, but the Falcons have a greater level of confidence in their No. 1 wideout toughing out his turf toe injury. If Sanu is ultimately ruled out, head coach Dan Quinn will slot Taylor Gabriel into the starting lineup, per D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
