Williams (knee) was limited at practice Wednesday.

Analysis:

Williams is inching toward a return to action, and when he is able to rejoin the Steelers' backfield mix, he'll supplant Fitzgerald Toussaint, who has been filling in as the team's top backup behind No. 1 running back Le'Veon Bell.
