Andrew Luck takes home AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors after leading the Indianapolis Colts to a blowout win over the New York Jets on Monday night. Far and away his most dominant performance of the season, the veteran signal-caller completed 22-of-28 passes for 278 yards and four touchdowns. Indianapolis tallying its third win in the past four games keeps the club right in the thick of the AFC South race.

Eric Berry was everywhere in Sunday's victory in his hometown Atlanta. After tallying a pick-6 and a defensive 2-point conversion, there was little doubt that the Kansas City Chiefs safety would be named AFC Defensive Player of the Week. Berry's total of eight points against the Falcons was more than both the Dolphins and 49ers scored in their respective games the same afternoon.

New England Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski adds another AFC Special Teams Player of the Week award to his collection following a win over the Los Angeles Rams in which he went 4-for-4 on his field goal attempts. This is the fourth such honor of Gostkowski's ever-consistent NFL career.

NFC

Not much has gone right for the Arizona Cardinals this season, but the team undoubtedly has one of the league's most dynamic playmakers to build around in the years to come. Star running back David Johnson earned his second NFC Offensive Player of the Week award this season after racking up 175 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns in a win over the Washington Redskins.

Chicago Bears defensive lineman Akiem Hicks is the recipient of some hardware for his dominance against the San Francisco 49ers. Hicks earned NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors after tallying two sacks, 10 total tackles, and a forced fumble in helping the Bears come away with a win, limiting the visiting side to just 147 total yards.

Matt Prater takes home the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week award for his perfect day in New Orleans. The veteran kicker converted on all five of his field-goal attempts Sunday afternoon, including a long of 52 yards, in helping the Detroit Lions past the Saints for their fourth consecutive win.
