Buccaneers' Vernon Hargreaves: Pulls double duty in Week 13 win

Hargreaves logged seven tackles (six solo) and a pass defensed in Sunday's 28-21 win over the Chargers. He also logged 14 yards on two punt returns after Adam Humphries exited the game with a concussion.

Analysis:

The rookie corner continues to come on as the season unfolds, with his seven stops equaling Kwon Alexander for most on the team. While he's still looking for his first interception as a pro, Hargreaves has done a nice job on the tackle front over the second half of the season, logging between five and eight tackles in five of the last six games. He and his secondary mates have also considerably upped their play over the last four contests and impressively contained Philip Rivers to a rather ordinary 225 yards passing on a 57.6 percent completion rate Sunday.
