Jaguars' Denard Robinson: Records 18 touches in loss

Robinson (ankle) rushed for 53 yards on 17 carries and caught an 11-yard pass during Sunday's loss to Denver before leaving the game in the third quarter with an injury. He did not record another touch.

Analysis:

The 17 carries nearly matched Robinson's season total as the former college quarterback filled in for an injured Chris Ivory (hamstring). Though he's notched 31 touches in the past two weeks, he's averaged just over 3.0 yards per carry and doesn't figure to be relegated back to a special teams role even if he's healthy as soon as Ivory returns.
