Jason Pierre-Paul, Giants
Pierre-Paul left Sunday's game with a groin injury and did not return. The defensive end walked to the locker room during the second quarter.

Earl Thomas, Seahawks
Thomas was diagnosed with a broken bone in his leg and is out indefinitely, after crashing into teammate Kam Chancellor. The All-Pro tweeted during the game that he's considering retirement.

Thomas Rawls, Seahawks
Rawls entered the concussion protocol but returned to Sunday's game to begin the third quarter.

Joey Bosa, Chargers
Bosa injured his left leg but returned to Sunday's game. However, Bosa would leave again for good, appearing to re-injure his leg during the fourth quarter. No further update was provided.

Charles Johnson, Panthers
Johnson left Sunday's game during the first half with a hamstring injury and was deemed questionable to return.
