Jaguars' Blake Bortles: Turns the ball over three times against Denver

Bortles completed 19 of 42 passes for 181 yards and two picks in Sunday's loss to Denver. He rushed twice for 29 yards and a touchdown, but he also lost a fumble.

Analysis:

The game snapped a streak of five straight games with at least two scores for Bortles and added onto his league-high interception total. At this time last season, Jacksonville looked to be on its way to forming a formidable vertical offense, with an athletic Bortles calling the signals and threats like Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns on the outside. The loss of the deep ball, either through Bortles' regression or poor protection, has been one of the most notable differences this year. Bortles led the league in passes of over 20 yards with 72 last season. He currently ranks 20th in the league with 31 such passes.
