Just when the Atlanta Falcons had regained the lead late in the fourth quarter, Eric Berry was right there to snatch it back and put his team in position for another thrilling win.

The Kansas City Chiefs star came up with his second big play of Sunday's game in his hometown, picking off a late two-point conversion pass from Matt Ryan - who was looking for a three-point lead - and taking it the distance for two key points.

Berry's clutch play put Kansas City up 29-28 with just minutes to play, and the offense was able to run out the clock to seal the win on the following series.

Added to an earlier pick-6, his second defensive score of the year, Berry was responsible for a total of eight points on the day. That total was more than both the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers scored in their respective early afternoon contests
