Winter weather forces 49ers, Bears to change out of cause cleats

Every winter, drivers everywhere are forced to change their tires to better handle the inclement weather. It's no different for NFL players, as the presence of snow at Soldier Field forced the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers to change their cleats.

The wardrobe change carries a matter of significance as many of the players in Sunday's game were prepared to wear cleats with personal causes designed on them.

FOX sideline reporter Laura Okmin confirmed many of the players expressed disappointment for having to ditch their special cleats for the game.
