Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Active Week 13, as expected

Rodgers (hamstring) is active for Sunday's home matchup against the Texans.

Analysis:

Rodgers suffered a hamstring injury in the Week 12 victory over Philadelphia, but didn't miss a down and finished the evening with a 76.9 completion percentage. The injury limited him in practice this week, but the expectation has always been that the two-time MVP would suit up for Sunday's home matchup against Houston. Rodgers has one of the highest floors out of any fantasy quarterback, as the lack of an effective running game in Green Bay has led him to attempt 38 or more passes in every contest since the team's Week 4 bye. That being said, Houston represents a tough matchup for Rodgers, as their pass defense is ranked fifth in the league, allowing 209.2 yards through the air per game. Furthermore, snow flurries are expected to be in the forecast for the outdoor matchup in Green Bay, though Rodgers is no stranger to performing under adverse weather conditions. The cards may seem to be stacked against him, but fantasy owners would need another elite quarterback on the roster to seriously consider benching the Packers signal caller for a must-win game in Week 13.
