Jets' Devin Smith: Ready for season debut

Smith (illness) was removed from the Jets' injury report Saturday and is set to play Monday night against the Colts, ESPN reports.

Analysis:

Smith -- who hasn't played this season since coming off the PUP list in early November -- was out sick Friday, but returned to practice in full form Saturday. As such, he's ready to see his first game action of the 2016 campaign Monday night against the Colts when he'll provide struggling QB Ryan Fitzpatrick with a much-needed vertical threat in the passing game.
