Bears' Jay Cutler: Out for season
Coach John Fox relayed Thursday that Cutler is slated to undergo labrum surgery on his right shoulder this Saturday and is in line to be placed on IR by the Bears.

As a result, Matt Barkley figures to start the rest of the season at QB for the team, while Cutler will address the shoulder issue that has kept him off the field since Nov. 20, in a campaign-ending manner.
