Ravens' Jimmy Smith: Limited at practice Wednesday

Smith (back) returned to practice in a limited role Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Analysis:

Smith, who has been sidelined the previous two games, appears to be nearing a return. His status will still need to be monitored throughout the week, however. Shareece Wright and Jerraud Powers will continue to see a heavier workload if Smith remains sidelined.
