Hill, Tucker among Player of the Week winners

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill capped an impressive week Wednesday by being named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week. The rookie led the Chiefs to a 30-27 overtime win Sunday over the Denver Broncos by returning a free kick for a touchdown, rushing for a 3-yard score, and catching a 3-yard touchdown pass.

Oakland Raiders defensive end Khalil Mack was instrumental in a 35-32 victory Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. The third-year pro recorded six tackles, a sack, an interception, and a forced fumble to end the game, garnering the AFC Defensive Player of the Week title in the process.

Justin Tucker proved his worth to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. The kicker connected on field goals of 36, 52, 54, and 57 yards in leading the team to a 19-14 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. For his exploits, he won his seventh career AFC Special Teams Player of the Week award, putting him one short of franchise leader Ray Lewis.

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram rebounded from his midseason benching in a big way. Ingram ran for 146 yards and a touchdown and added a 21-yard receiving score in a 49-21 win Sunday over the Los Angeles Rams. He was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday.

New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul won NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his monster performance against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Pierre-Paul dominated the Browns with seven tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble, and a 43-yard fumble return for a touchdown.

Detroit Lions kicker Matt Prater's Thanksgiving Day performance earned him the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week award. Prater kicked three field goals in the 16-13 win over the divisional rival Minnesota Vikings, including a 40-yard game-winner as time expired.
