Even when Peyton Manning stops by his brother's work to say hi, he can't help but talk shop.

The future Hall of Fame quarterback visited his younger sibling Eli Manning at the New York Giants' facility on Tuesday, giving tips in the quarterback meetings, talking with coaches and front office staff, and following the team walk through.

The elder Manning even gave some tips on how to beat the Giants' Week 13 opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, who the former Denver Broncos quarterback beat in last year's playoffs.

"Yeah, he gave some insight," Eli told ESPN's Jordan Raanan about his brother's first visit. "Just some stuff that was successful; he's played Pittsburgh a lot over the years. Played 'em last year in the playoffs. So just had a few tips or ideas that may fit into our system."

Eli says his older brother still watches the games as close as ever, texting in tips when the Giants play, but tries to keep from being too critical.

"He'll watch and send me a text after games," Eli said. "There are no tips. It's just more, 'Good throw on this.' .. We'll get into an exchange. He'll ask and he's watching it so, 'What play was that? What were you running?'

"But that, kind of, has always been the case. I think we still have great communication about what is going on."
