Dez Bryant squashes feud with Norman

Things got heated on Thanksgiving between Dez Bryant and Josh Norman. After the superstars tugged at each other's facemasks at midfield following their Thursday battle, the Dallas Cowboys receiver threatened to expose Norman all week with evidence that he burned the Washington Redskins cornerback.

On Monday, Bryant backed off those comments.

"I'm really not trying to talk about that, but I wish I never did what I did, but that's OK because it's over with now," Bryant told the media, according to Todd Archer of ESPN. "I'm not even focused on that. I'm not even fitting to open up another can. It's all said and done. I wish I'd never done it. It happened. It's over with."

Both Bryant and Norman have been known to engage in trash talk and they each own short fuses. Those fuses were lit after Bryant told the Redskins to "get their money back" for their expensive investment in Norman and the corner accused the receiver of threatening him physically.

It's all in the past, however, according to Bryant.

"I guess it's just the nature of the game," he said. "It's football, at the end of the day. I have nothing against that guy, I'm pretty sure he's got nothing against me. It is what it is."
