Report: McCoy will play, Watkins expected to start on pitch count

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Sammy Watkins will play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL.com's Adam Schefter.
McCoy's dealing with the effects of a thumb injury that required surgery and will play with a splint, Schefter tweeted.
Watkins, meanwhile, is expected to start, but will reportedly be on a pitch count due to conditioning concerns, Schefter added. The 23-year-old hasn't played since Week 2 due to a foot injury.
The injury news isn't as good for wide receiver Percy Harvin:
Bills WR Percy Harvin, listed as questionable, suffered more migraines this week and is not expected to play Sunday vs. Jaguars, per source.
