Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans returned to practice Monday after entering the NFL's concussion protocol following a big hit in Thursday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Evans' return strongly suggests the Buccaneers will have their No. 1 wideout available when they host the Chicago Bears in Week 10.

Absent from the practice field Monday was running back Doug Martin, whom head coach Dirk Koetter recently suggested has the chance to practice this week.

Martin hasn't practiced since Week 2 because of a hamstring injury he aggravated at some point.

Jacquizz Rodgers also failed to practice Monday, leaving the Buccaneers with Peyton Barber, Russell Hansbrough, and Mike James as their only healthy running backs.
