San Diego Chargers wide receiver Travis Benjamin will get a second opinion on the sprained PCL that has hobbled him the past few weeks, a source told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Benjamin has been dealing with discomfort in the knee for weeks, Rapoport reports, but has not missed any time with the injury.

His production has tapered, but Benjamin still managed to catch three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Denver Broncos.

Benjamin signed a four-year, $24-million contract with the Chargers in the offseason and has totaled 38 catches for 509 yards and three touchdowns.
